SmartSpot cyclone dust collector, with their superior filtration performance and intelligent design, have become the preferred equipment for dust control across various industries. The dusty gas enters the cylinder through the inlet and rotates downward spirally along the inner wall. Under the action of centrifugal force, the dust is thrown towards the cylinder wall and then falls into the dust collection bucket under the influence of gravity. The purified gas is discharged through the central pipe. The gas separated by the cyclone undergoes further purification through the filter, achieving extremely high efficiency. The small amount of dust generated by the filtration is introduced into the material cylinder through the reflux device for collection.

 

 1. Tangential entry: The dusty gas enters the upper part of the dust collector at a high speed. This design causes the airflow to generate rotational motion upon entry.

2. Spiral downward movement: The dust particles in the gas are thrown towards the inner wall of the dust collector under the huge centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation.

3. Collision and separation: The dust particles thrown towards the wall collide with the wall, lose their kinetic energy, and gradually slide down along the inner wall under the effect of gravity, falling into the ash hopper at the bottom.

4. Core upward airflow: When the rotating airflow descends near the bottom of the cone, due to the contraction effect of the cone, the airflow speed increases and moves towards the center of the dust collector. Eventually, this rotating airflow, under the action of the bottom pressure difference, forms a downward spiral movement (forming an inner vortex) and is discharged through the exhaust pipe (central pipe) at the top.

5. Cleaned gas discharge: Finally, the purified gas is discharged from the exhaust pipe at the top, while the collected dust is regularly removed from the ash hopper.
