Under the action of centrifugal force, the dust is thrown towards the cylinder wall and then falls into the dust collection bucket under the influence of gravity. The purified gas is discharged through the central pipe. The gas separated by the cyclone undergoes further purification through the filter, achieving extremely high efficiency. The small amount of dust generated by the filtration is introduced into the material cylinder through the reflux device for collection.Stable dust removal efficiency—with a capture efficiency of 85%-95% for coarse dust particles above 5μm, it can effectively reduce the load of subsequent purification equipment; Extremely low operating costs—no wearing parts such as filter materials or bags, only regular cleaning of the ash hopper is required, featuring simple maintenance and long service life.
