Mobile Frame

Multiple movable support frames form the main structure of the telescopic mobile spray booth,  and bearings are mounted on connecting rod sliding positions to cut friction and ensure flexible expansion and retraction.

Fire Retardant Cloth

Adopt high performance flame retardant PVC cloth. Fire safe, tear resistant and well sealed. It builds full enclosed or semi enclosed space to contain paint mist and avoid workshop pollution.

Low Operating Cost

Low power consumption,  simple maintenance and fewer consumables. No fixed workshop construction required,  effectively  saving electricity, site and labor expenses.

Dual Use Of Dry And Wet

Optional dry type, wet type or integrated wet dry    purification. It adapts to various painting and polishing conditions, achieves high purification efficiency and prolongs  consumable service life.

Working Principle

Step 1: Start the driving device to drive the linkage mechanism, fully unfold the retractable booth to form an enclosed and independent spraying working space. 
Step 2: Transport the workpieces to be processed and place them in the designated working area inside the retractable booth. 
Step 3: Switch on the complete ventilation and exhaust system to form stable directional airflow inside the booth and prevent paint mist from escaping. 
Step 4: Carry out painting, grinding and other operations in the enclosed space. The tarpaulin enclosure effectively blocks outward diffusion of paint mist. 
Step 5: The waste gas with paint mist is filtered step by step through primary filters and paint mist treatment devices, and discharged after reaching emission standards. 
Step 6: Upon completion of spraying work and sufficient waste gas purification, start the equipment to retract and reset the booth to save workshop space.
