Product Description

3. Collision and separation: The dust particles thrown towards the wall collide with the wall, lose their kinetic energy, and gradually slide down along the inner wall under the effect of gravity, falling into the ash hopper at the bottom.
4. Core upward airflow: When the rotating airflow descends near the bottom of the cone, due to the contraction effect of the cone, the airflow speed increases and moves towards the center of the dust collector. Eventually, this rotating airflow, under the action of the bottom pressure difference, forms a downward spiral movement (forming an inner vortex) and is discharged through the exhaust pipe (central pipe) at the top.
5. Cleaned gas discharge: Finally, the purified gas is discharged from the exhaust pipe at the top, while the collected dust is regularly removed from the ash hopper.
